Because our cookies are handcrafted, perishable, and made fresh to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering errors

  • Flavor preference

  • Cosmetic imperfections (e.g., cracks, melted chocolate)

  • Shipping delays or mishandling by the carrier

  • Gift recipient dissatisfaction


Shipping & Delivery

We use 2-day shipping to ensure freshness, but once your package leaves our commercial kitchen, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages due to carrier error or weather.

During warmer months, chocolate and fillings may melt — that’s the risk of sweet indulgence. Pop them in the fridge and they’ll still hit the spot.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives with serious damage (beyond minor cracks or melting), please email us at [your email] within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the box and all cookies

  • A brief description of the issue

We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a store credit at our sole discretion.
