Shipping Policy

All cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped using USPS Priority or equivalent 2–4 day delivery to maintain quality and flavor. We currently ship to most U.S. states and package every order with care.
Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, handling issues, or damage in transit.

 

West Coast Orders (e.g., California, Oregon, Washington):
Shipping may take 4–5 business days depending on your location and carrier delays. We recommend placing your order early if it's needed by a specific date.

 

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $8 per order.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations — due to higher shipping costs and extended delivery times.

Shipping Days

We ship orders on:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

• While Thursday shipments often arrive Saturday, weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

• If a package is delayed and sits in a shipping facility over the weekend, we are not responsible for melted, stale, or damaged cookies due to the delay.

 

Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
If you believe you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at sweetspotcola@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once the package is in transit, changes may not be possible.
