Shipping Policy

All cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority (2–5 day delivery) to maintain quality and flavor. Every order is packaged with care to help your cookies arrive fresh.

Once your order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, handling issues, or damage in transit.

West Coast Orders (California, Oregon, Washington, etc.)

Shipping may take 4–5 business days depending on your location and carrier delays. We recommend placing your order early if you need it by a specific date.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• The continental United States

• Puerto Rico

• Canada

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, or other international destinations.

Shipping Days

• East Coast & Central: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

• Mountain & West Coast: Monday only

Orders placed before noon EST will ship the following shipping day for your region.

 

If a package is delayed and sits in a facility over the weekend, we are not responsible for melted, stale, or damaged cookies due to the delay. However, we will do our best to provide a cookie replacement at our discretion, unless otherwise stated by us. Please note that if we anticipate a package may not arrive fresh due to shipping schedules or holiday backlogs, we will warn you before shipping so you can decide whether to proceed with the order.
