Once an order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or melted cookies caused by shipping carriers. We package every treat with care — but cookies are fragile and may arrive with minor cracks or cosmetic imperfections (we call it character).

If your order arrives with a serious issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.

All cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped using 2-day delivery to maintain quality and freshness.

During warmer months, chocolate may melt in transit. We do not offer refunds for melted cookies — just pop them in the fridge for a few and enjoy!
